Embodier.ai ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.


  1. What we collect

Identity and contact details: your name, email address, and phone number, provided when you join the waitlist or apply.


Preferences: your preferred language (English or Spanish), preferred contact channel (SMS or WhatsApp), and lane selection.


Consent records: when and how you opted in, including the source of consent.


Referral information: referral codes you use or share.


Payment metadata: when you place a fully refundable $100 deposit, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your payment details. We receive confirmation of payment and transaction identifiers — never your full card number.


Technical data: cookies and basic analytics (pages visited, device type) that help us operate and improve the site.


  1. How we use it

We use your information to operate the waitlist, process applications, and manage whitelist placement.


We use your information to send transactional messages (confirmations, verification codes, allocation notices) and, where you have consented, program updates.


We use your information to verify your identity and eligibility before any allocation.


We use your information to improve our website and communications.


  1. SMS and WhatsApp consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional and program-related messages from Embodier.ai by SMS and/or WhatsApp, including verification codes, confirmations, and allocation notices. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of transactional messages required to service your account or reservation.


  1. Cookies

We use a small set of cookies for site functionality (including your EN/ES language preference) and anonymized analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; parts of the site may not work as intended without them.


  1. Data sharing

We never sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the program:


Twilio — SMS and WhatsApp message delivery.

Stripe — payment processing for deposits.

Google — forms, spreadsheets, and analytics infrastructure.


Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and only as needed to provide its service to us.


  1. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your waitlist or member relationship is active, and as required by law. Consent records are retained as evidence of your opt-in.


  1. Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to espen@embodier.ai. We will respond promptly. Deleting your information before an allocation may remove you from the waitlist.


  1. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


  1. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the program evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
