Terms of Service — Embodier.ai

These terms govern your use of the Embodier.ai website and waitlist program (the "Program"). By joining the waitlist or using the site, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. Certain offerings may be limited by jurisdiction; eligibility is confirmed during verification before any allocation.

2. Nature of the program (pre-launch)

Embodier.ai is currently in a pre-launch phase. Participation today means waitlist placement, whitelist consideration, soft commitments, and refundable reservations only. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, and nothing here is investment advice. Any future offering will be made only through formal offering documents, identity verification, jurisdiction checks, and a signed subscription agreement.

3. The reservation deposit

Placing a fully refundable $100 deposit reserves your place in line. It is not a purchase, an investment, or a security.

Your deposit is refundable at any time, for any reason — contact espen@embodier.ai and it will be returned.

If you commit to fund an allocation and later withdraw that commitment, the deposit is retained as liquidated damages — the same one hundred dollars, nothing more, and no other remedy applies.

A deposit credited toward your subscription at closing satisfies this section in full.

4. Accounts and authentication

There are no passwords at Embodier. You log in with your phone number and a six-digit code sent by SMS or WhatsApp. Keep your phone number and devices secure; you are responsible for activity under your verified number. Tell us immediately at espen@embodier.ai if you lose access to your number.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or Program: no false identities, no automated scraping, no interference with other members, and no unlawful activity. We may remove waitlist or whitelist placements that violate these terms.

6. Communications consent

By joining, you consent to transactional messages by SMS, WhatsApp, or email as described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out of program messages as described there.

7. Intellectual property

The site's text, images, and branding are owned by Embodier.ai. You may not reproduce them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embodier.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or Program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of your fully refundable $100 deposit.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Program evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
